How to fix ink out error epson l110?

hello to all :) i just ask something about my L110 epson printer i cant use my printer because of blinking a colore on both side what shall i do??? 

I have problem with my Epson L110 thus blue color not work. I already filled blue color into cartridge.What's wrong on it?
