In FAT 32 its maximum file size is 4GB, so i cant read files larger than 4GB.

I had the same issue with my galaxy note 10.1.
Here's what you do.
Go to the play spite and download an app called USB Host Diagnostics.
Open the app.
Tap "Start Diagnostics"
