I have one NOKIA ASHA 206 at home and I had been able to connect it through Blue Tooth and tfr Files from PC to phone without using PC suite

Use the Nokia PC Suite (version 7.1.180). That can see your Nokia 206 phone through the bluetooth PC Dongle!
