go to your start menu click on it and select control panel and SELECT PROGREMES,, under program you will see uninstall a program click on it and you will see all the installed programs on your pc.. ...

you may have web connecter on your pc ..go to control panel and look to see if that progeamme is there ..just uninstall it. and you should have no pop ups .. I was bothered with them till I seen that ...
