to screenshot you have to hold the power button and the volume down button at the same time & hold them down until it works.

it doesn't work with Metro phones ii have tried it alot with nothing happening i have the Androidpcs ZTE Anthem 4G please someone help need and want screenshot on my phone!!!!!!!!

This did not work it was searching for roots and taking forever never did it do any screenshots
