You cant get another account before you delete the folder ".camelgames" This folder is hidden file folder so You can find it in your SD card or Internal Storage. I sugges you to use "astro file ...

You can't as the application allows the creation of one account per phone. If you want an additional account, you need to install the game on another supported phone running Android.
