I'm using IdealShare Video Go for the first time. I'm converting a 1 hour long FLV to MP4 and over 8 hours have gone by, progress is just 21%.

I am doing a website for a client in Flash and the document fits in my window, but not the clients. I changed the size and still have the same problem.
