Latest questions about "vectorian giotto"

Vectorian Giotto crashed and my animation disappeard. I spent so long on it. Is there a way to get it back?

So I downloaded Vectorian Giotto and for the first 2 exports, it works fine, but every export after, what I get is a blank white space on where I posted it.
