I cannot get rid of this Strongvault Backup file, even though I have attempted every suggestion given. I simply cannot get it to completely go away and my systems say that they have no such file.

I transferred all my files to Strongvault today and all is confirmed, but when I go to into Strongvault it says it does not have me in the system.

I started my account today and transferred all my files to the backup server, but when I go to log in it says it does not have my email or password in the system.

What to do when "Fix it" doesn't work?

"Fix it" detected no issues regarding uninstallation process and now I still have Strongvault installed. I can't do a successful System Restore, and cannot run a virus scan.
