Latest questions about "stomp backup mypc"

Does the system state what is listed in my backup file, like does it actually have the MBR and partition table in it? If so, can I reload them only?

I'm getting a "Catalog error" on the application startup. It tells me to rebuild, but if I click Yes, nothing happens. Also, I can't access my backups.
