I have purchased Security Solutions Antispyware and I cannot update it because it keeps telling me there is an error. What to do, please?

The definitions failed to load correctly.

Did anybody find the fix? It worked fine until I downloaded a new database. After that I get an error and can't open the program unless I re-install.
