Errors opening PPTX in PowerPoint 2011.

When I try to open a PPTX file in PowerPoint 2011, I get "There was an error accessing ". It doesn't open on another PC as well.

Trying to convert a Power Point presentation to MAC, I got an error message #2147483640. Which converter do I need?

I have received a pptx file that will not convert. I am working on my wife's MacBook Air and do not know what converter I need. I got an error message #2147483640.
