Latest questions about "piano"

I'm trying to write piano music, and the highest note I'm able to notate so far is an E7 on treble clef. I'm wondering if there's a way to go any higher in range.

I have a solo piano sheet. I can hear other instruments in the background, but there are no measures on the sheet. All of them are invisible.
