"List index out of bounds (-1)" error.
With VGA UserEnd Schedule Editor, when "SetSign Time and Date" is clicked I get the error message: "List index out of bounds (-1)" What does this mean and how can I fix it?

I am getting this message popping up around the office this week. I have been uninstalling and reinstalling to fix it. Any ideas what is causing this?
