H.264 DVR software upgrade.
My H.264 DVR's software version is 8.28, MCU Version 1, HW Version 7683, Release date 2012.05.02. Is there a more recent software upgrade? How can I get it?

NetDVR unknown device type.
I can't connect using NetDVR client. I receive the "unknown devtype" message. Through IE browser I can connect using Netdvr plugin. I use Windows XP SP3.
