how current is the information in metroscan online?

Is anyone else having disconnection errors from the server that locks you out after a few min while being online? I have already been able to change the settings, but getting the same issue.

I have two accounts. Neither one is accessible on any computer. The Sign on comes up but on some computers the Go button does not work or if it appears to work and you can click it, nothing happens.
