Hello, I have Interactual as well as a Directshow compatible DVD decoder, however my DVD won't play. The title page of the movie appears and when I hit play, I get a pop-up box entitled Error PL4013.

InterActual Player 2.0 not working with Windows 10.

Installed version 2.0 and it shows an error. Playback failed due to a problem with the video subsystem. Lowering your screen resolution or color depth may fix the problem.

Like it says, for ease of use on plane rides I copied several of my DVD movies onto my hard drive. I'd like to use my InterActual player to play them, but it demands to read from my DVD drive.
