I want to use an image from my CoffeeCup Hemera Photo-Objects CD v.2.04 EGF on an e-book. I am about to publish on Kindle. What conditions are there for me to observe?

Exif data is changing Caption to Olympus Digital Camera even when it's not (ie. picture downloaded from Internet). How do I delete this as the default EXIF info?
