When I plugin iBall Baton 300M Wireless-N USB Adapter, it says that it's unable to connect. Is it because the drivers are not installed? I have lost the provided CD.

The iBall model is not working.

I have purchased iBall 3.5G modem two years ago. I have not used that modem until now. It is not working on Windows 8.1 & on troubleshooting it is saying Windows 7 compatibility.
