I bought OST recovery software in March 2014 and managed to recover email messages. I am using Outlook 2013 on Windows 7. However, foreign language texts are displayed as unreadable mixed characters.

I have the CDs for L&H Translator and Global link. I am having problems with these applications on Windows 8. It seems I can't install and run them.
