I have been working with Filmora for a few months now and I've been wondering how do I pan-zoom with a laptop running Windows 10?

When I add a video to Filmora, it lags.

For editing my videos, I require split settings, but it is not having that split settings. I have re-downloaded Filmora thrice, but it's still missing it.
