I am wondering what the different command line switches do. I see several batch files that call FXHMConsole with a command line switch.

Our FedEx History Manager can't be opened. We've tried to reinstall it and now it says "Please wait while Windows configures FedEx History Manager" and then it ends up with "Error 1001".
