Latest questions about "elements"

I understand Nano Engineer will let me play with "elements" as though they were 'lago' blocks and that they will behave as though they were real.

I am trying to import a file but, although the basic image is transferred, I cannot manipulate element of the image such as line color (for laser cutting) or color fill.

When I click & request for 'Element Information'(for a line for example) using the 'Properties' box (or Control + Tab short-cut), no information appears.

I would like to buy or download Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0. I am scheduled to take a class at the local community college and they are using edition six.
