Latest questions about "echo issues"

When I listen to the recorded video the audio has an echo. How can I avoid this echo? Is the audio originated from the computer internal speakers or from the separate external speakers or from both?

I really want to use the microphone and sound options for this camera but when I do I get feedback and echoes. I am wondering if there is anything I can do to fix this?
