DTV1000S and WINFAST PVR2 don't work on Windows Vista x64.

I Have a Leadtek DTV1000S driver version 1.3.3.5 . When I try to open Winfast PVR2 it opens but nothing shows up on the screen. It's on the start menu as a task, however it won't maximize.

Keep disconnecting and connecting.

KCodes MFP Server Control Center keeps disconnecting and connecting automatically. I can't connect the MFP to attach to KC302R. Any clue? I'm using Windows XP SP2.
