Latest questions about "color problems"

When I scan blueprints (we just recently had this serviced, so it was working just fine), the ones that are a little yellowed come out appearing very reddish in the background.

Since some days ago, my Bain Graphics Wizard appears in grey colors. Is doesn't display any color even if its settings are fine. Also, the window where you can select the chart type is grey.
