Can Freemake Video Converter burn CDs/DVDs?

I try to burn a video on a disk in Total Video Converter, but it keeps displaying error that says no drive found. I have a drive, so how do I solve this?

What do I have to do to burn Blu-ray disc for use in a normal Blu-ray player and television? I have tried with burning a video disc but our Blu-ray player won't play it - unknown disc.
