I dropped my Windows 8 laptop and now it only gives a grey screen, no cursor, no text, nothing but a grey screen. The buttons lights are working well.

My MGI Photo Suite just stopped working. All I get is a blank white screen with a menu bar at the top. I can point to a file to open, but nothing happens.

I want to solve the problem of the display screen which stopped responding.
