Uber on Bluestacks closes 2 seconds after opening it

I have installed Bluestacks and installed OLA CAB and Uber on it, but both of these apps don't work. Other apps like WhatsApp work fine.

Restore old data in Bluestacks PC.

I uninstalled Bluestacks from my PC running Windows 7. While uninstalling, it asked me for backup and took 4GB of space. I have lost all my WhatsApp contacts, files, etc.
