I just purchased Speedbit & Realplayer upgrade and my activation code for Speedbit doesn't work. I entered the code several times and it says the code is not in the database.

I have King Sol. When I installed Windows 8 as an upgrade, I ended up losing my registration code. I paid for it through PayPal. How do I find my product code so I can play my games?

I just recently cleaned up my PC & reinstalled various software including my Signblazer 5 Elements but cannot get a code at the end for some reason.

I tried everything to get it to load the right code, email address and so on. It tells me that the code is wrong. What should I do?
