SO frustrating! No tutorials that I can find. Tried to contact. No email or contact form. Tried to ask in the forum and got "the words used were incorrect".

I entered my Visa Debit Card to become a fee member unless I buy something or upgrade my card would not be charged. After filling in all my information the next page asks me to pay for membership.
