I have a Crestron QM-RMC with the specific IP address (192.168.6.19), but when the application tries to connect, I receive the following message "Crestron device not found at specified Cresnet ID or IP Address".

The error could be related to the network connectivity. First, make sure the application is allowed to communicate with the Internet or Intranet. Secondly, go to Start > Run > Cmd > ping 192.168.6.19. If you receive a reply it means the computer is on, alternatively, you might need to check the network connection on that computer. Additionally, restart the server application you want to connect to. Go to Start > Control panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Change Adapter settings > right click LAN connection and select Disable then Enable. This should fix it.
