Is there an open-source NITF viewer?

I am searching for an open-source NITF viewer. All the wonderful programs listed here seem to be unusable for me. Can you point me to something that would meet my requirements? I have Windows 7 64 bit. I want to read NITF 2.0 & 2.1 files if possible.

Yes, there is an open-source application that is compatible with Windows 7 64bit OS. It's located on the SourceForge website. To download it, access the website and click on the green button. Depending on the mirror, the download should start automatically. After it's saved, right click the setup package and select Run As Administrator then follow the instructions.
