I can't open my video files.

I was told by Newtek CS to download the speedHQ Codec so the MPEG 4 file I converted to .avi can play with my Tricaster 100.
After downloading the codec and converting the file I still only play audio but no video. What can I do?

In order to resolve this issue, I recommend you to reinstall your video converting application. The video codec must be installed before you install the converting application, so, if you already have installed SpeedHQ Codec you only need to reinstall the video converting tool.
