If Windows gives you errors when it starts up, then I suggestb you to disable unneeded items from the Startup configuration. To do this, go to Start > Run > msconfig > Startup. Uncheck all the items you know don't belong to your computer and leave all the known ones in their place then reboot the computer. If the error persists, I recommend you running an anti-malware solution to make sure the computer is clean. In this case, AdwCleaner is a good solution for these type of jobs.
