If the dongle isn't detected by your computer even after you've installed it, then you need to perform a reboot of the computer. After this operation, plug the dongle again and watch the process. If there is no activity, go to Start > Run > devmgmt.msc and locate the dongle. It should be displayed as a mass storage device unit. Right click it and select Update driver then point the installer window to the folder in Program Files where it was installed. Windows should detect the INF file at this point and install it accordingly.
