Can I use this with Sony Xperia C1504?

No, you can't use this application with Sony Xperia C1504 because Ovi Music Download is compatible only with Nokia phones. Even if it's installed as a Windows application, it will not detect the Sony mobile as being a compatible one (Nokia).
