This is wrong. If you encounter errors on all the operating systems then it means there is something wrong with the installation package itself. One of the files or a registry procedure is corrupted which prevents you from running it. To fix this, try opening the resources on the application without the application itself. Basically, use an audio player for audio files, a video player for video files and so on. Open the files directly and it should work.
