Problem with Solectek system.

We have a Solectek system and by mistake we put enabled VLAN and we can't communicate with the Master. How can we reset it?

There is no need to master reset the device. Simply connect to its management interface through the browser. Access its IP address and use the default username admin and the default password default then go to Advanced Section. On the bottom of the page is VLAN section located. Click disable and then apply the settings. The device will reboot and that's it.
