Before uninstalling AADServer, open the main console application and then stop the service. The same windows offers the possibility for uninstallation. First uninstall it from that location, then go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program and remove it leftovers. Reboot the computer and the program should be removed from your computer. Additionally, use Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
