I recently installed Waitlist Queue Robot on my computer and I can say that this application works without problems. Also, the search system works normally. There are multiple causes that make Waitlist Queue Robot stop working properly (a missing file, a failed update, etc.). Therefore, I suggest you is repair this program. Open the setup file again, and at one point it will ask you if you want to uninstall or to repair the program. Select repair and wait until the process finishes.
