This application isn't being used anymore because there is no website configured for it. However, in most of the applications that use Microsoft Access, the whole database should be in form of a MDB file. If you still have access to the application, open it and then use the File > Export or Save As. The Save as is more common among these things and it usually offers the possibility to save to another file format.
