I would like to register my number to WhatsApp.

I don't have the graphics card in my laptop. I can't install Bluestacks to my laptop. I have downloaded the Wassapp to my system. It requires my phone's number and the IMEI code to register. I have given those things correctly, but I am receiving an error message. How do I solve my problem?

The only way to register to WhatsApp is through the official application. Wassapp was used to register but it had errors and it was abandoned even if the website is still online. You will actually need Bluestacks or a compatible phone because there is no other way to register the application.
