If the software is not compatible, you will need to install it using manual way. To do this, first insert the USB modem and install the software in Administrator mode then restart the computer. To install the software, browse the drive in Computer and select Explore. Right click the setup package and select Run as Administrator. Once the installation is finished, reboot the computer then plug the USB modem again and manually go to Device manager (Windows Key + X). Right click the modem and select Update Driver. Point the installer to the installation folder in Program Files and accept the warning. The modem should install itself and then you can use it along with its application.
