Updated the scale on 7/16/14 long after USPS rate increase and the updated price is still .46 cents for a first class letter. Scale manager showed a successful update with todays date. Any ideas what I did wrong? I am using Windows 7.
You have been doing something wrong if the scales haven't been updated properly. There is a FAQ page setup with instructions on how to upgrade the rare scales rates properly. Follow the information presented on that page and everything should be available within the application.
