This is a bug of the application and besides that, there is no workaround or fix for the problem. The application is still in beta stage and errors might appear. By default, it supports the following audio formats: .mp3, .wav, and .wma. Try importing a file in one of these formats.
As a note, make sure you have Skype installed and there is an active call. This is the way to work with the application.
