To unlock the phone, simply press the Power button for a few seconds until the service menu appears. Select Data connection and wait for the phone to connect to Internet. This requires an active data plan from your carrier. Once the Internet has been enabled, request an unlock PIN to your email. Wait a few minutes and then check your email. The recovery PIN should be listed. Enter the PIN and the phone will be unlocked.
