I am trying to load Viber on both my cell phone and tablet but it will only work on my cell phone and I am unable to complete the download on my tablet. Can his be done under the same account?

You can't use Viber on two mobile platforms at the same time. You can do this only on one mobile device and a PC. Account sharing on two different mobile devices is not allowed by the developers.
