I've had this more than a year until some dumb virus software seems to have altered/removed it so now I've had to re-install it and now I am getting the message: Error starting screen capture. What should I do?
Re-install the application then access the configuration settings and change the recording codec used to compress or save. Additionally, install another set of codecs. Combine Community Codec Pack is a good alternative or simply use XviD.
