I have an issue with UIMAIN.exe application.

After installation, I try to run Beetel Connection Manager but it always prompts application error UImain.exe and the dialog box displaying OK comes on the screen.

This means that the program has been corrupted or it's not compatible with the operating system where it's installed. Try to perform a re-installation and make sure that Visual Runtime C++ is installed to the latest version. Additionally, right click the executable file and select Properties > Compatibility and use the drop-down to select a version of Windows compatible with the application.
